We are seeking a motivated and technically savy Industrial Machine Sales Manager to actively engage with customers, promote our ultrasonic cutting technology, and develop and manage new projects. This role is hands-on and is both customer and project-focused, requiring someone who enjoys being in front of customers, learning their needs, and offering solutions.
Responsibilities
» Develop and execute sales strategies to promote GFM’s Ultrasonic Cutting Machines.
» Identify and qualify new business opportunities within aerospace, defense, automotive, flooring and related sectors.»
» Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, industry partners, and stakeholders.
» Provide technical presentations, proposals, and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
» Collaborate with AGFM’s engineering and service teams as well as GFM Austria sales and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
» Represent AGFM at industry trade shows, conferences, and customer visits.
» Manage the complete sales cycle from quotation to purchase order through commissioning.
Qualifications
» Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) preferred.
» Experience in technical sales of capital equipment in specialized machine tools.
» Strong understanding of machine tool design and manufacturing preferred.
» Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
» Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
» Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
