Join a team that values precision, reliability, and teamwork. As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facility. In this hands-on role, you will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of machinery and equipment, including manual and CNC lathes and mills, as well as pipe and electrical systems. Responsibilities

»  Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment according to specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings.
»  Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and measuring and testing instruments.
»  Dismantle defective machines and equipment, and install new or repaired parts using precision measuring instruments and hand tools.
»  Clean and lubricate shafts, bearings, gears, and other machinery components to ensure optimal performance.
»  Request repair or replacement parts as needed and maintain accurate data and inventory reports in the company database.
»  Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and minimize equipment downtime.

Qualifications

» Experience with manual and CNC lathes and mills, as well as pipe and electrical systems.
» Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, and measuring and testing instruments.
» Ability to read and interpret specifications, blueprints, manuals, and schematic drawings.
» Experience maintaining data and inventory reports in a computer database.
» Strong oral and written communication skills.
» Comprehensive blueprint reading ability.
» Experience with measuring tools and hydraulic systems.
» Background in assembly and repair of mechanical equipment and/or machinery.
» Electric/electronic experience and knowledge preferred.
